1.-La formalización de la matrícula en nuestro Centro le compromete con la empresa administradora del mismo, JUVIROI S.L., durante un periodo de once (11) meses, Septiembre a Julio, ambos inclusive, debiendo abonarse las mensualidades, por domiciliación bancaria o en metálico, dentro de los primeros cinco (5) días de cada mes.
2.-La ausencia injustificada de un alumno durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado, un mes, así como el impago de la mensualidad correspondiente será motivo de baja inmediata. Las ausencias durante periodos prolongados justificadas, vacaciones familiares, enfermedad, etc, deberán ser comunicadas a la dirección del centro con suficiente antelación. En cualquier caso, no se realizará ningún tipo de descuento en las cuotas mensuales. Si la no asistencia al Centro se prolonga por periodos superiores a un mes, previo acuerdo con la familia, se deberá abonar, al menos, el 50% del importe de la mensualidad.
3.-Se abonará una cuota de matricula anual que deberá ser renovada al cumplirse un año desde el pago de la anterior.
4.-Puntualizar el cuidado de la higiene personal, los niños/as deberán asistir al centro convenientemente aseados y con uniforme limpio. Septiembre Octubre, uniforme de verano. De Noviembre a Abril, uniforme de invierno. Mayo en adelante, uniforme de verano. Los uniformes podrán adquirirse en el Centro en fecha y hora que se comunicará oportunamente a las familias.
5.-Es muy importante que toda la ropa esté debidamente marcada en previsión de alguna pérdida. Deberán traer una muda en la mochila con objeto de no tener que avisar a los padres en caso de necesidad ya que el centro no cuenta con ropa de cambio. (Disponemos de un baúl para objetos perdidos a la entrada). A la finalización del curso toda la ropa que contenga el baúl de objetos perdidos se entregará a alguna ONG.
6.-Pasado el periodo de adaptación la entrada en el Centro será de 07,30 a 09,30 horas. Horario de recogida a partir de las 13,00. Esperando que todos cumplan los horarios contratados, será necesario un justificante para aquellos que entren más tarde. En caso de necesitar ampliar el horario deben notificarlo en administración con antelación suficiente.
7.-Si por alguna razón no puede recoger al niño/a o necesita recogerlo antes deberá notificarlo, ya sea con una nota personal en el diario, en el caso de los bebés, por teléfono o informando a la educadora que lo reciba de quien vendrá a recogerlo/a. 8.-El Centro está acogido a convenio con la Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía. Abre sus puertas desde las 07,30 horas hasta las 17,00 horas, ininterrumpidamente desde Octubre hasta Junio. El horario para los meses de Julio y Septiembre es de 07,30 a 15,00 horas. Agosto cerrado.
Contamos con servicio comedor, servido por la empresa de catering «LA CUCHARITA». Este servicio podrá ser contratado por los padres una vez que los niños hayan superado con “éxito” el periodo de adaptación, y con la aprobación de su educadora, hasta agotar plazas.
9.-Protocolo de enfermedad/ medicación. De todos es sabido que los niños/as enfermarán a lo largo del curso, por lo que recordamos que somos un Centro Infantil, no sanitario. Los padres serán avisados por la educadora cuando sobrepasen los 37º grados. No podrán asistir al Centro si están enfermos, tanto por su bienestar como por la de sus compañeros, así como de las educadoras; cuando regresen, si necesitan medicarse, deberán rellenar el protocolo de medicación según Oficio de la Junta de Andalucía, de fecha 01/09/04, adjuntando la correspondiente prescripción médica.
10.-Es importante acudir al tutor/a ante la presencia de cualquier duda o problema para evitar malas interpretaciones. Las tutorías serán de 09,00 a 10,00 horas y serán establecidas por las educadoras mediante cita previa.

ENGLISH

Parents will be notified by the teacher when exceeding 37 degrees.
